Rentals
~Making a reservation~
To confirm a costume rental, we require your contact information, a valid credit card imprint on file, or cash/debit for a damage deposit, and payment for your rental. Your order with not be considered 'reserved' until a deposit and payment are received.
~Payments~
Payments can be made in any of the following ways: Visa, Mastercard, Debit, or Cash. We take payments in person and over the phone.
~Changes and Cancellations~
Your satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us. The day you book your order, the items are considered out of our inventory for your date, and thus made unavailable to other potential clients. This ensures you will have all the items you need on the date you require them. Because of this, we do have certain policies regarding changes to your rental.
~Rental Period~
Costume rental periods are on an average, three day basis. For example, if you need your costume for a Saturday event, you would pick it up on the Friday before, and return it on the following Monday. If you require your outfit for a longer period of time, we can work out an extended time period fee, depending on how long you need the items for.
~Missing and Damaged Items~
If you have missing or damaged items upon your return, you will be informed as soon as possible. If the missing items cannot be found or if we are unable to fix or clean damaged items, replacement fees will be charged. If any missing items can be located, and returned within one week of your specified return date, we will refund the full amount of your fees. Repair fees for damaged items must be paid upon return, or when the items are determined not fixable. Any items considered no longer rent-able by Calowna Costume's standards will be subject to full replacement charges.
*Although Covid-19 has altered our rental and try on options, we are doing our best to accommodate clients and their needs.
